Intellectual Property

All AI models, algorithms, and proprietary technologies developed by AetherVertexLabs remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in a written agreement. Client data and custom-trained models specific to client use cases are licensed to the client upon full payment.

Service Level Agreement

We commit to 99.5% platform uptime for production deployments. Support response times are defined in individual service contracts. Emergency support is available 24/7 for critical production issues.

Limitation of Liability

AetherVertexLabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zaragoza, Spain.

Project Deposits

Initial deposits are non-refundable as they cover project setup, resource allocation, and initial planning phases. Deposits are applied toward your total project cost.

Milestone Payments

Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable. Work delivered at each milestone has been completed and validated according to the project specification.

Cancellation

If you cancel a project before completion, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any pre-paid amount exceeding work completed will be refunded within 30 days.

Service Defects

If deliverables materially fail to meet agreed specifications, we will rectify defects at no additional charge within 30 days of notification. If rectification is not possible, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Subscription Services

Monthly subscription services can be cancelled anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds for partial months.
